Treatment

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) represents a variety of counselling and psychotherapeutic strategies that aim to enable the client to experience the greatest degree of psychological improvement in the shortest possible time-frame.

Solution Focused Therapies offer an efficient, time-limited, goal-directed approach, with an emphasis on the present. This is extremely beneficial in several ways for our clients, firstly it decreases the overall cost of psychotherapy, secondly it reduces the impact any psychological distress can have on our clients overall life, including impact on family, work and social commitments. Thirdly, Brief, Solution Focused Therapies are some of the most scientifically researched modes of therapeutic change and are indicated as preferred treatments for a variety of psychological  distress.
